Front Squat & Isolated Biceps Curl in bottom of Squat x 18 reps

 1-arm Swings to Shoulder-height x 16 reps per side

1-arm Push-up from Toes or Knees x 14 reps per side

1-arm Renegade Row from a Static Lunge Position x 12 reps per side

Seated Russian Twists x 10 reps. per side

Burpee Jump over Kettlebell x 8 reps
