AMRAP Workout

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

In today’s workout we will be incorporating the AMRAP format. AMRAP, stands for as many rounds as possible. Each AMRAP strength training round will be performed for 6 minutes followed by a 6 minute cardio interval. Feel free to get water and towel off when needed!


Round 1 AMRAP (6 minutes) 

  • 10 Squat to Press 
  • 10 Bent-over Rows 
  • 30 Mountain Climbers 

Round 2 (6 minute intervals- 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest) 

  • Jumping Jacks 
  • Skaters 
  • Squat Jumps 
  • Quick Feet 

Round 3 AMRAP (6 minutes) 

  • 10 Lunges and Curl 
  • 10 Kickbacks 
  • 10 Push-ups 

Round 4 (6 minute intervals- 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest)

  • High Knees
  • Butt Kicks
  • Star Jumps
  • Plank
