Tread + Sculpt Workout

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Check out this challenging 35 minute cardio and sculpt workout for all levels! 

Treadmill Suggested Speeds: 

Pick which level you relate best with. Listen to your body and add a challenge or lower speed as needed. Complete three rounds.

Tread Circuit: (3 rounds for 9 minutes) 

Round 1- Incline 1.0

Round 2- Incline 2.0

Round 3- Incline 3.0

Walkers

  • One minute easy (speed 3.5)
  • One minute moderate (speed 4.0)
  • One minute fast (speed 4.5)

Joggers

  • One minute easy (speed 4.5-5.0)
  • One minute moderate (speed 5.5-6.5)
  • One minute fast (speed 7.0-8.0)

Runners

  • One minute easy (speed 6.0-7.0)
  • One minute moderate (speed 7.5-8.5)
  • One minute fast (speed 9.0-10.0) 

Shred Circuit (Complete as many rounds as possible for 8 minutes) 

  • 10 Hammer Curl Shoulder Press 
  • 30 Jumping Jacks 
  • 10 Tricep Dips 
  • 30 Mountain Climbers 
  • 10 Back Rows 
  • 10 Burpees 
  • 10 Push-ups 
  • 30 Russian Twist 

After 8 minutes, start back at tread circuit and make your way back down to shred circuit, take water breaks as needed!
