Reverse Pyramid Workout

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

How quickly can you make it down the workout pyramid? 

Round 1= 10 reps of each, Round 2= 9 reps of each, Round 3= 8 reps of each, etc. 

Your goal is to make it down to 1 rep per round!  


Workout

  • Squat to Press
  • Front Lunges (per leg) 
  • Bicep Curls 
  • Squat Jumps 
  • Tricep Kickbacks 
  • Burpees 
  • Chest Press 
  • Abdominal Toe Touches 
  • Russian Twists (per side)
