  • 50 Jumping Jacks 
  • 20 Lunges 
  • 10 Push-ups 
  • 50 High Knees 
  • 20 Plank Jacks 
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 Minute Plank 

*Repeat circuit for 20 minutes!
