WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Too busy to find time to exercise during the holiday season and need a quick workout that you can do anywhere?! Try this pyramid workout that will have you feeling as though you spent hours in the gym but will only take you 20 minutes to complete!

Pyramid Workout: 7 rounds, increasing duration for each exercise

  • 1st Round: 15 seconds per exercise, quick transitions
  • 2nd Round: 30 seconds per exercise, 10 second rest
  • 3rd Round: 45 seconds per exercise, 15 second rest
  • 4th Round: 60 seconds per exercise, 15 second rest
  • 5th Round: 45 seconds per exercise, 15 second rest
  • 6th Round: 30 seconds per exercise, 10 second rest
  • 7th Round: 15 seconds per exercise, quick transitions

 

  • Push Ups
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees
  • Bodyweight Reverse Lunges
  • Bodyweight Squats
