Fruits and vegetables come in many shape, sizes and colors! Getting a variety of color in your diet is crucial to a healthy balance and vitamin intake. Fruits and Vegetables are naturally low in calories because of their high water content. Strive for many colors in one day. But today, we will focus on yellow produce!

It is safe to assume that yellow produce means lots of vitamin C among other vitamins. Most yellow/orange produce has vitamin A, some B vitamins, and loads of fiber! Look for the following next time you go to the grocery:

  • Apricots
  • Lemon
  • Pineapple
  • Bell Peppers
  • Peaches
  • Carrots
  • Mangoes
  • Corn
  • Cantaloupe
  • Tangerines
  • Papayas
  • Summer Squash
  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Pumpkin
  • Yellow Tomatoes
  • Yellow Beets
