Arm activator: Here is a workout that targets the upper body! Try these moves with a heavier set of weights, enjoy!

  • Renegade Rows 3x12
  • Bicep Curls 3 x12
  • Shoulder Taps 45 seconds
  • Weighted jumping jacks

 

  • Shoulder Press (Single/Single/Double) 3x10
  • Punches 45 seconds
  • Alternating shoulder raises, front to side 3x12
  • Chest fly 3x 15
