I have a love hate relationship with HIIT. I love working up a great sweat during the workout but HIIT is a challenge. You have to push yourself during these workouts, but let me tell you, it is worth it. Try this workout below, enjoy!

Perform each move for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. Complete the circuit 6 times for a 42 minute workout that'll get that heart rate up. You are sure to break a sweat! 

HIIT (40 seconds ON, 20 seconds OFF) 

  • Jumping Lunges
  • Push up with jump up to row
  • Squats
  • Punches
  • Curtsy Lunges with weights
  • Cross mountain climbers
  • Pike Jumps
