R is for Resources

by Lindsey Herr

I love that people have so many questions about their personal nutrition. However, when they say that they did some Googling about a supplement or food...I get a little nervous. The internet has so much great information but also a TON of confusing and misleading stuff.

I have put together a list of resources for those who love being their own nutritionist. If you aren’t going to consult a registered dietitian (RD), at least use these reliable sources. If you have more nutrition questions, contact one of our RDs!  They can guide you through portion sizes, the grocery store, and how to calculate how many calories you should be eating and so much more!
