This metabolic circuit is guaranteed to make you sweat and burn a ton of calories, even after you’re don working out. With these compound exercises and little rest between exercises, you’ll maximize calorie burn and increase your metabolic rate during and even after your workout.

5 exercises, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 3-4 rounds, 1 minute rest after each circuit

  • Jump to Squat
  • Shuffle Squat
  • Lateral Hop Burpee
  • Slam Balls
  • Squat Pull
