Herb Roasted Cashews

RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (Optional)

Directions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 375°F
  • 2.Chop herbs completely.
  • 3.Using a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until cashews are evenly coated with oil and herbs.
  • 4.Pour cashews onto a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they start to brown.
  • 5.Enjoy your delicious AND nutritious snack!
