Looking to kick up your core workout?! Try these killer core exercises that will have you working harder than ever before. You’ll have a strong, rock solid core in no time and maybe even get that chiseled 6-pack you’ve always wanted!  

  • 30 second Elbow plank on the Stability Ball
  • 30 second Plank with feet on the Stability Ball
  • 10 reps Stability Ball Rollouts (Kneeling)
  • 10 reps Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
  • 30 second TRX Side Planks (Both Sides)
  • 10 reps Stability Ball Knee Tucks + Hip Pikes
  • 10 reps Leg Drops + Reverse Crunches
  • 30 second TRX Mountain Climbers

Repeat the Circuit 2-3 times!
