- 30 second Elbow plank on the Stability Ball
- 30 second Plank with feet on the Stability Ball
- 10 reps Stability Ball Rollouts (Kneeling)
- 10 reps Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
- 30 second TRX Side Planks (Both Sides)
- 10 reps Stability Ball Knee Tucks + Hip Pikes
- 10 reps Leg Drops + Reverse Crunches
- 30 second TRX Mountain Climbers
Repeat the Circuit 2-3 times!
