Regular potatoes are often given a bad rap and we hear we should choose sweet potatoes over regular. Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A - a fat-soluble vitamin that plays a critical role in eye health, neurological function, and maintaining healthy skin - but but how do these two starchy vegetables really compare?
Both are starchy vegetables that can be a great contribution to a balanced meal - remember to stick to 1-2 handful serving size and opt for boiled, baked, or roasted over fried or loaded up with salt, butter, or cheese!
