WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Winter has arrived! Here is a full body workout you can perform inside away from those freezing temperatures.


Warm-Up: 20 reps of each exercise - Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Arm Circles

Repeat 2-3 Rounds

*15 Squats

12 Push-Ups

30 Mountain Climbers

*20 Alternating Front Lunges

12 Burpees

12 Tricep Dips

15 Floor Bridges

1 Minute Plank

*If you have weights feel free to add them to starred exercises
