30-Minute Boot Camp Circuit

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Happy New Year! Here is a boot camp workout that will challenge you for 30 minutes. Repeat, each circuit for 10 minutes before going on to the next. Grab water in between circuits.  

Circuit 1

  • Run .25 miles  
  • 30 Bicycles Crunches 
  • 15 Superman 
  • 15 Reverse Crunches  

Circuit 2

  • 6 TRX Bridge Rows  
  • 10 Weighted Side Lunges (each side) 
  • 20 Plank Jacks 
  • 15 Weighted Sit-ups 

Circuit 3

  • 10 Burpees 
  • 12 Tricep Dips 
  • 20 Squat to front kicks 
  • 10 Side Plank Dips (per side)
