You Gotta Tabata

TRAINER TUESDAY

Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that alternates between 20 seconds of max training follow by 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes. Try this workout to get your heart rate up when you're short on time!


20 seconds on, 10 seconds off per exercise. Repeat each exercise 4x before moving on to the next. 

Total Workout Time = 16 minutes

  • Push-ups
  • Box Jumps or Step-ups (if you do not have a box, do broad jumps)
  • Burpees
  • Air Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Crunches
  • Curtsy Lunges
  • Lying Leg-drops
